1-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage: BeeBrands warrants that the BeeBoard will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What This Warranty Covers:

1. Defects in Material or Workmanship: BeeBrands will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective part of the BeeBoard.
2. Repair Services: If the BeeBoard cannot be repaired, BeeBrands will replace it.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage, scratches, and dents.
3. Products that have been altered or modified in any way.
4. Any product not purchased from an authorized retailer.

How to Make a Claim:

1. Send message on contact page.
2. Provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date and receipt.
3. Describe the defect or issue clearly.

Limitations:

• This warranty does not cover shipping costs incurred when returning the Product.
• BeeBrands shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
